Privacy Policy

Information you provide: when you use our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address (and first name, if provided).

Information collected automatically: we collect basic, aggregated analytics about how visitors use our site (such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type) through Google Analytics. When you submit a form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you are human and to protect against spam.

To respond to your inquiries and plan the experiences you ask us about.

To send you our newsletter and occasional updates — only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted service providers to operate, and they process information on our behalf: Constant Contact (newsletter and email lists), Resend (delivery of inquiry and acknowledgment emails), Google Analytics (website analytics), Cloudflare (security and spam protection), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payment processing for wine purchases), and Supabase (storage of wine order records).

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Wine purchases are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe's checkout page and handled under Stripe's own privacy policy; VinoCadre never receives or stores your full card number.

From Stripe we receive what we need to fulfill your order: your email address, your phone number, the wines and quantities you bought, the amounts charged (including Texas sales tax), and a payment reference. We use this to prepare your order for pickup, contact you about it, verify at pickup that you are the purchaser and are 21 or older, handle cancellations and refunds, and keep the records the law requires.

Checkout asks for your phone number so Andre can call you to arrange a pickup time. We use it only to coordinate your pickup — never for marketing — and we do not share it beyond the service providers listed above.

Orders are for pickup only at L'atelier du Vin in Fredericksburg, Texas; we do not collect a shipping address.

We use analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand how our site is used so we can improve it.

When you first visit, we ask for your consent before enabling analytics. Until you accept, non-essential analytics cookies are not set, and you may decline at any time — the essential functions of the site work the same either way. You can also control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at andre@vinocadre.com.

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell it).

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our experiences involve wine and are intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 and older in the United States). Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
