By accessing or using the VinoCadre website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.

Our experiences involve wine and are intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 and older in the United States). By using this site or reaching out to us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Wines listed in Andre's Sommelier Picks may be purchased online for pickup only, at L'atelier du Vin, 334 West Main Street, Fredericksburg, Texas. We do not ship or deliver wine purchased through this site.

Pickup is by appointment only and is coordinated with Andre by email (andre@vinocadre.com) or phone (830-362-7311). After your purchase, Andre will contact you to arrange a time; please don't come by until a pickup time has been confirmed.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure checkout page; VinoCadre never receives or stores your full card information.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Texas sales tax (currently 8.25%) is added at checkout.

The purchaser must be 21 or older. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the purchaser is required at pickup. If the ID cannot be verified or does not match the purchaser, we will refuse the pickup, cancel the order, and refund it in full.

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before pickup by contacting us at andre@vinocadre.com. Orders not picked up within 14 days of purchase may be cancelled and refunded in full to the original payment method.

The content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by VinoCadre or used with permission, and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our prior written consent.

Some experiences and events are hosted, ticketed, or fulfilled by third parties, and our site may link to those third-party platforms or websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third parties, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VinoCadre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
